Marketing Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, establish, execute, and enhance paid media campaigns;

• Ensure investment efficiency while aligning campaigns with organizational goals;

• Oversee campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various digital channels;

• Conduct daily performance monitoring and track key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Identify areas for enhancement and recommend actions to optimize outcomes;

• Compile performance reports and conduct result analysis;

• Monitor performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA);

• Assist in defining and implementing sales funnel and conversion strategies;

• Create audience segmentations and conduct A/B testing;

• Discover opportunities to scale campaigns;

• Collaborate with Creative, Data, CRM, and Business teams;

• Guarantee accurate implementation, measurement, and oversight of campaign results;

• Ensure adherence to digital media best practices and performance evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing paid media;

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM;

• Experience in analyzing performance metrics and KPIs;

• Understanding of sales funnel and conversion strategies;

• Skilled in preparing reports and analyzing outcomes;

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;

• Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools;

• Experience within the education sector;

• Certifications in Google Ads and Meta.
