Marketing Account Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee client relations, strategic planning, team communications, account efficiency, and budgeting.

• Partner with clients to propose and coordinate agency initiatives.

• Collaborate with strategy, creative, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure deliverables are strategically aligned, adhere to the brief, and meet project objectives and client expectations.

• Produce creative briefs in conjunction with agency leaders, offering insights to facilitate successful project outcomes.

• Aggregate and analyze client feedback to guide the success of projects for internal agency members.

• Administer financial processes across projects, including hours tracking and client profitability analysis.

• Assist in demand generation, along with digital and traditional marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.

• Cultivate and strengthen long-term client relationships while working alongside project management and subject matter experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing agency account management or a related field.

• Experience working with B2B clients.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and demand generation strategies.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in project management software.

• Competency with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without requiring visa sponsorship.
