This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Work closely with partners to uncover opportunities, develop customized strategies for paid search, social media marketing, SEO, and web performance, ensuring alignment with measurable ROI objectives.
• Partner Relationship Management: Oversee interactions with up to 40 partners concurrently, providing personalized support and effective communication across various platforms, including email, SMS (via CRM), phone calls, Zoom, and Slack.
• Strategic Training Facilitation: Conduct training sessions with confidence, empowering partners and their teams with the skills and knowledge needed to efficiently execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
• Performance Enhancement: Evaluate campaign performance and gather partner feedback, utilizing insights to adjust strategies that consistently enhance results and ROI.
• Tech-Savvy Execution: Employ various software tools, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management systems (ClickUp), and analytics platforms, to guarantee smooth execution of campaigns and communications.
• Effective Time Management and Prioritization: Skillfully manage a high volume of tasks, adapting swiftly when necessary while ensuring clear communication with internal teams to keep all projects on track.
• Customer-Centric Communication: Uphold a professional and positive "my pleasure" approach, delivering exceptional service that fosters trust and boosts partner satisfaction.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance communication and execution, ensuring all strategies and updates are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Industry Acumen: Maintain or swiftly acquire an in-depth understanding of the orthodontic and dental sectors to offer partners highly relevant and impactful insights.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience enhancing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web performance, and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and refine campaigns that foster growth and yield ROI.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing expertise to support the growth of partners and the company.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage relationships with an average of 40 partners simultaneously while ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
• Must be tech-savvy and capable of navigating multiple software platforms, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management tools (ClickUp), and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategies and results to partners and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize daily tasks and adapt quickly when necessary.
• Experience in crafting and delivering training sessions, confidently guiding teams to enhance their marketing strategies and execution.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing "5-star service" and maintaining a professional, positive demeanor when addressing partner needs.
• Eagerness to learn about the orthodontic and dental industry, with the capacity to translate digital marketing strategies into opportunities for practice growth.
• Must possess reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
