This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main daily point of contact for designated clients.

• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through effective communication and reliable follow-through.

• Participate in client meetings, document detailed notes, and follow up on assigned action items.

• Engage in weekly performance review meetings to provide updates and strategic insights.

• Collaborate with Account Directors to assist in the formulation and implementation of client strategies.

• Aid in the development of content and design briefs for launching new marketing initiatives.

• Assist in analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns.

• Work together with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are properly assigned and monitored within the project management system.

• Oversee email marketing activities, including the uploading of contact lists, scheduling of campaigns, and evaluation of results.

• Review and proofread key deliverables such as emails, landing pages, and advertising campaigns prior to client presentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing agency environment (MUST HAVE).

• Solid understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and digital channels (social media, email, web).

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable interacting with all levels of client stakeholders, including senior executives.

• Knowledge of project management tools and digital marketing resources.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Desire to advance within a fast-paced, startup-like agency atmosphere.
