This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• In the role of Marketing Account Strategist, you will be crucial in mentoring and partnering with practice owners to enhance digital marketing strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Address partner inquiries concerning lead quality, ad budget optimization, CRM training, website enhancements, SEO techniques, front desk and team development, and troubleshooting CRM challenges.

• Conduct 10-15 weekly discussions with practice owners to assess marketing performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and offer actionable strategies.

• Manage 25-30 daily emails addressing a variety of partner questions.

• Work closely with partners to uncover opportunities, develop customized strategies for paid search, social media marketing, SEO, and website performance, ensuring efforts are focused on achieving measurable ROI.

• Oversee relationships with up to 40 partners at once, guaranteeing personalized assistance and high-quality communication across various channels, including email, SMS (via CRM), phone calls, Zoom, and Slack.

• Lead training sessions confidently, empowering partners and their teams with the skills and tools needed to effectively execute and enhance digital marketing efforts.

• Evaluate campaign performance and partner feedback, using insights to adjust strategies that consistently optimize results and ROI.

• Employ various software tools, such as CRMs (HighLevel), project management systems (ClickUp), and analytics platforms, to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication.

• Uphold a professional and positive "my pleasure" attitude, providing 5-star service that fosters trust and improves partner satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and execution, ensuring all strategies and updates are in line with broader company objectives.

• Maintain or quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the orthodontic and dental sectors to offer partners highly relevant and impactful insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in optimizing strategies to achieve measurable results in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web performance, and social media marketing.

• Proven capability to design and refine campaigns that foster growth and deliver ROI.

• Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing expertise to drive growth for partners and the company.

• Proven ability to manage relationships with an average of 40 partners simultaneously while maintaining high levels of service and responsiveness.

• Must be tech-savvy and capable of navigating multiple software platforms, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management tools (ClickUp), and analytics dashboards.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to articulate strategies and results clearly and directly to partners and internal teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks and adapt swiftly when necessary.

• Experience in developing and delivering training sessions, effectively guiding teams to enhance their marketing strategies and execution.

• Customer-oriented with a “5-star service” mindset and a professional, positive demeanor when addressing partner needs.

• Eagerness to learn about the orthodontic and dental fields, with the capability to translate digital marketing strategies into opportunities for practice growth.

• Must possess reliable high-speed internet and maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

• A humble attitude with a willingness to ask questions and collaborate for ongoing improvement.
