This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Develop robust relationships with hotel suppliers and effectively convey the value proposition of Priceline and Agoda to enhance bookings, room nights, and revenue in the designated portfolio.
• Assess market trends, partner performance, and the competitive landscape to maintain the competitiveness of Priceline and Agoda’s offerings.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities for business growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of production with hotel accounts and provide strategic recommendations to enhance Priceline and Agoda's accommodation availability, content competitiveness, and hotel performance through a consultative approach.
• Effectively prioritize, plan, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed defined targets and goals.
• Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract, and onboard non-participating hotels, ensuring advantageous terms and conditions.
• Investigate and resolve pricing and availability competitiveness issues that hinder hotels from maximizing booking performance.
• Educate and train hotel partners on the systems, tools, programs, and reporting of Priceline and Agoda.
• Collaborate with internal partners to carry out business initiatives and propel market strategy.
• Prepare presentations and materials for both external and internal meetings.
• Represent Priceline and Agoda in the designated market(s), engage in industry organizations and events, and cultivate relationships with key local influencers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry.
• Proven success in acquiring and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Strong sales negotiation skills with the ability to creatively adapt during negotiations with hotel partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both external and internal stakeholders.
• Driven, determined, motivated, solution-oriented, and results-focused.
• A collaborative teammate with demonstrated leadership abilities, a professional "get it done" approach, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively multitask, swiftly adapt to changes, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Possesses self-awareness, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Comfortable in a culture of two-way feedback and willing to challenge the status quo.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and market visits as well as team meetings.
