β’ Take proactive measures to manage and follow up on both inbound and outbound leads generated via Salesforce and other platforms.
β’ Assess prospects based on established criteria (budget, needs, timing, decision-makers) and decide on the appropriate next steps.
β’ Ensure accurate and timely updates are recorded in Salesforce to maintain visibility and integrity of the sales pipeline.
β’ Seek new business opportunities and engage local customers through outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach efforts.
β’ Manage deals from initial contact through to closure.
β’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer requirements and position solutions effectively.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to assist with larger or more complex opportunities.
β’ Efficiently transfer qualified opportunities that surpass deal size or complexity thresholds.
β’ Work together with marketing, sales operations, and other internal teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
β’ Build and maintain a robust pipeline that aligns with monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
β’ Monitor activity levels, conversion rates, and outcomes to foster continuous performance improvement.
β’ Achieve or surpass individual sales and activity targets.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, account management, or a related commercial field.
β’ Familiarity with working in a CRM environment, ideally Salesforce.
β’ Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close smaller deals.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
β’ Highly organized with effective follow-up and time management abilities.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.
