β€’ Take proactive measures to manage and follow up on both inbound and outbound leads generated via Salesforce and other platforms.

β€’ Assess prospects based on established criteria (budget, needs, timing, decision-makers) and decide on the appropriate next steps.

β€’ Ensure accurate and timely updates are recorded in Salesforce to maintain visibility and integrity of the sales pipeline.

β€’ Seek new business opportunities and engage local customers through outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach efforts.

β€’ Manage deals from initial contact through to closure.

β€’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer requirements and position solutions effectively.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to assist with larger or more complex opportunities.

β€’ Efficiently transfer qualified opportunities that surpass deal size or complexity thresholds.

β€’ Work together with marketing, sales operations, and other internal teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

β€’ Build and maintain a robust pipeline that aligns with monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

β€’ Monitor activity levels, conversion rates, and outcomes to foster continuous performance improvement.

β€’ Achieve or surpass individual sales and activity targets.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, account management, or a related commercial field.

β€’ Familiarity with working in a CRM environment, ideally Salesforce.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close smaller deals.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging customers in a professional and persuasive manner.

β€’ Highly organized with effective follow-up and time management abilities.

β€’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.
