Market Research Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee international market research projects throughout their entire lifecycle

• Evaluate project specifications, establish project setups, allocate resources, organize fieldwork, and create timelines

• Facilitate project kick-off meetings to clarify specifications, client requirements, timelines, and roles

• Supervise programming, translations, overlays, and testing to ensure quality and adherence to timelines

• Implement project launches and analyses, offering detailed feedback to clients and solution-focused strategies

• Manage fieldwork, provide timely updates to clients, and monitor recruitment progress

• Optimize internal sampling, oversee custom recruitment and partner onboarding, manage project budgets, and meet financial objectives

• Ensure a positive experience for participants, timely approvals for incentives, and resolution of project-related inquiries

• Deliver client commitments punctually and to the required quality standards

• Adhere to billing deadlines and objectives while following internal protocols

• Comply with M3MR operational procedures, ISO Accreditation standards, and M3MR group policies

• Cultivate vendor relationships to ensure precise and timely deliverables, effective communication, and issue resolution

• Assist in enhancing client service improvement initiatives in collaboration with sales and other team members

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the healthcare sector

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

• Outstanding time management, organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines
