This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-volume referring providers.
• Manage and develop your territory as if it were your own business.
• Identify and secure significant CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities.
• Propel growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships.
• Engage in both in-person and virtual sales activities across the territory.
• Facilitate business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners.
• Collaborate internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to foster account growth.
• Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events.
• Experienced sellers in the sleep industry who seek to utilize their expertise, connections, and market insight to establish enterprise-level sleep partnerships with unlimited income potential and no quota restrictions on earnings.
• Established relationships within the sleep medicine field.
• Proven experience in selling to specialists and large physician groups.
• A track record of driving business growth rather than merely maintaining accounts.
• Strong presence in the field and excellent executive communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and competitive spirit.
• Ability to work independently while developing strategic partnerships.
