Market Manager, Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute and deliver on acquisition, zoning and permitting, and construction management for designated projects within the specified region.

• Supervise service revenue and projects within the assigned business line and geographic area.

• Serve as the escalation point for addressing and resolving issues throughout the collocation process.

• Conduct deployment forecasting, workload analyses, and resource demand planning.

• Allocate both external and internal resources in response to variations in work volume.

• Develop and implement onboarding and training plans.

• Identify and evaluate vendors; assist in negotiations, training, onboarding, work distribution, performance reviews, and procure-to-pay activities.

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and adherence to forecasts of deployment data.

• Oversee site acquisitions, due diligence, architectural/engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction, deployment meetings, reporting, and closeout documentation.

• Identify and address project delays with both internal and external stakeholders utilizing aging, gap analyses, cycle-time metrics, lease fees, working capital, and invoicing data.

• Recruit and manage the performance of Services Senior Project Managers, Senior Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers while supporting their career development.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Real Estate, or Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of eight years of experience in managing wireless network deployments is required.

• Direct experience in site acquisition, construction management, and commissioning and integration is preferred.

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience in leading wireless carrier deployments and a comprehensive understanding of the turnkey services process is essential.

• A solid grasp of customer systems, processes, project volume, and operational-area expectations is necessary.

• Expertise in managing professionals involved in wireless site development during network deployment projects.

• Capability to influence and implement change, maintain customer relationships, and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Approximately 40% travel may be required.

• Strong organizational, planning, customer-facing communication, and presentation skills are essential.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups and employee levels.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, leverage data, and engage customers at all levels.
