This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the planning and implementation of net sales strategies at the local market level, ensuring pricing adherence and brand standard execution.
β’ Utilize data and analytics tools to evaluate performance and uncover potential growth avenues.
β’ Cultivate and maintain key account relationships while ensuring effective execution of both national and local initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with distributor leadership and internal teams to develop and implement local plans that align with financial objectives and KPIs.
β’ Work in conjunction with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to enhance sell-through and activation efforts.
β’ Monitor forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and deliver monthly performance reports.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
β’ 5β7 years of sales experience within the wine, spirits, or consumer goods sectors.
β’ Proven track record in distributor management.
β’ Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Familiarity with data tools is essential.
