This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Foster robust relationships with hotel suppliers and effectively convey the value proposition of Priceline and Agoda to enhance bookings, room nights, and revenue within the assigned portfolio.
• Assess market trends, partner performance, and the competitive landscape to maintain the competitiveness of products offered by Priceline and Agoda.
• Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Regularly review performance metrics with hotel accounts and provide strategic recommendations to optimize accommodation availability, content competitiveness, and hotel performance through a consultative approach.
• Effectively prioritize, plan, and execute strategies to meet or exceed established targets and goals.
• Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract, and onboard non-participating hotels, ensuring advantageous terms and conditions.
• Investigate and resolve pricing and availability competitiveness issues that hinder hotels from maximizing booking performance.
• Educate and train hotel partners on the systems, tools, programs, and reporting offered by Priceline and Agoda.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business initiatives and drive market strategy.
• Create presentations and materials for both external and internal meetings.
• Represent Priceline and Agoda in designated markets, engage in industry organizations and events, and build relationships with key local influencers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in sales; experience in the travel industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills in sales and the ability to think creatively during negotiations with hotel partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, determined, solution-oriented, and focused on results.
• A team player with demonstrated leadership abilities, a professional attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Capable of multitasking effectively, adapting quickly to change, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and data visualization capabilities.
• Possess self-awareness, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Comfortable in a culture of two-way feedback and challenging the status quo.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and market visits, as well as team meetings.
