This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and nurture partner relationships within the designated territory
• Oversee accounts to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets
• Examine data for strategic opportunities
• Identify and onboard new suppliers within the territory
• Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry conferences
• Inform clients about product updates
• More than 6 years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional consideration for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the tech or travel industry is advantageous
• Demonstrated success in managing a leads pipeline
• Strong quantitative skills
• Capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Highly skilled in CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce is an asset
• Must reside in British Columbia or Alberta
