⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• 5–7 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, strategy, growth analytics, or similar roles.

• Proven experience in developing market analyses, business intelligence reports, and strategic recommendations.

• Experience facilitating cross-functional business initiatives with insights derived from data and performance metrics.

• Advanced analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, enabling the transformation of complex data into actionable business insights.

• Strong understanding of market intelligence, business analytics, donor growth, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.

• Experience in creating dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.

• Strong business acumen with the capacity to align recommendations with organizational growth goals.

• Ability to influence decision-making through data storytelling and effective strategic communication.

• Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics and visualization tools.
