This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify emerging market opportunities for High School Partnerships, including regional growth trends and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor trends in customer behavior, competitors, workforce dynamics, educational institutions, and the industry to inform marketing and growth strategies.
• Develop market assessments and provide recommendations for priority states and regions.
• Act as the strategic marketing partner for High School Partnerships.
• Convert business objectives into marketing recommendations and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead marketing planning discussions for HSP, establishing clear priorities and recommendations.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing strategies that align with commercial priorities.
• Construct growth plans specific to states and regions that support enrollment and revenue growth.
• Prioritize initiatives based on market potential, business impact, and organizational readiness.
• Design strategies for conference participation and field engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and other teams to devise coordinated strategies.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders regarding messaging, campaigns, and commercial programs.
• Cultivate relationships with external organizations, school partners, industry associations, and community stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, campaign performance, and commercial data.
• Transform quantitative and qualitative insights into strategic recommendations and data-supported business cases.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in Education, Higher Education, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, market intelligence, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
• Capability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic guidance.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, as well as presentation abilities.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and build new capabilities from the ground up.
• Successful completion of a role-specific assessment is required.
• Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening processes.
• Verification of employment eligibility through Form I-9 is necessary.
• Must be able to work in a remote, on-camera environment, with camera use expected during meetings unless there are extenuating circumstances.
