This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify new market opportunities for High School Partnerships, regional growth trends, and strategic partnership avenues that align with business objectives.
• Keep track of customer, competitor, workforce, school, and industry trends to shape marketing and growth strategies.
• Create market assessments and provide recommendations for key states and regions.
• Act as the strategic marketing partner for High School Partnerships.
• Convert business objectives into marketing recommendations and market-entry opportunities.
• Lead discussions on HSP marketing planning with a clear perspective, agenda, and suggestions.
• Formulate annual and quarterly HSP marketing strategies that align with commercial priorities.
• Develop growth plans specific to states and regions that support enrollment and revenue increases.
• Assess opportunities based on market potential, business impact, and organizational readiness.
• Design conference and field engagement strategies that align with HSP business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and other internal teams to create unified strategies.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment so that HSP priorities are reflected in messaging, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
• Establish relationships with external organizations, school partners, industry associations, and community stakeholders.
• Examine market trends, customer behaviors, campaign effectiveness, and commercial data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Convert quantitative and qualitative insights into strategic recommendations.
• Construct data-driven business cases utilizing customer insights and market understanding.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in Education, Higher Education, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, market intelligence, business development, or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Proven capacity to distill complex information into clear strategic guidance.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to excel in uncertain conditions, establish structure, and develop new capabilities from the ground up.
• Completion of a role-specific assessment as a prerequisite in the hiring process.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment screening processes.
• Verification of federal employment eligibility through Form I-9.
• Ability to work in a remote, on-camera setting and remain on camera during meetings unless exceptional circumstances arise.
