This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Oversee a commercial sales team to achieve order, revenue, and margin growth within the designated geographical area.
• Meet the quarterly and annual Product/Solution/Service P&L Operating Plan objectives.
• Provide timely and precise forecasting of pipeline and sales for the team.
• Align territories with market potential to ensure the effective deployment of sales resources.
• Attract, retain, and nurture top-tier commercial talent through servant leadership.
• Cultivate a positive, winning culture founded on teamwork, accountability, and enjoyment.
• Communicate appropriate operating plan targets based on the product market potential for account managers.
• Ensure all team members leverage required sales systems to enhance pipeline visibility and facilitate accurate forecasting.
• Determine and promote ownership of order and configuration quality.
• Implement optimal operational mechanisms to meet fulfillment targets and commitments regarding order backlog.
• Continuously enhance deep clinical and technical knowledge, including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and funding mechanisms.
• Educate, mentor, and guide the differentiation of Imaging products and solutions.
• Serve as a reference point for Regional/Market account teams concerning product differentiation.
• Maintain professional relationships with key customers, supporting high-level discussions within the Market.
• Ensure and verify that Imaging teams and relevant account teams possess up-to-date knowledge of product positioning and differentiation messaging.
• Assess the market potential for their product range or segment and prioritize opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in a Healthcare Sales leadership role.
• 7 years of experience in medical sales.
• Established track record in high technology product sales and solutions.
• Demonstrated skills in business management and resource allocation, including business plan development.
• Exceptional people management and leadership abilities, along with sales coaching and team-building skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; capable of effectively communicating and presenting ideas to customers in a manner that fosters understanding and builds impactful strategic relationships.
• Ability to energize, develop, and establish rapport, collaboration, and influence at all organizational levels.
• Serve as an inspirational leader, characterized by optimism, approachability, and humility.
• Proven business acumen, financial skills, and organizational capabilities.
