• Proven experience in a Healthcare Sales leadership role.
• 7 years of experience in medical sales.
• A solid track record in high-technology product sales and solutions.
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills, along with sales coaching and team-building capabilities.
• Advanced presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively to customers.
• Capability to energize, develop, and build rapport, fostering collaboration and influence at all levels.
• Serve as an inspirational leader, characterized by optimism, approachability, and humility.
• Demonstrated business acumen along with strong financial and organizational skills.
• Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
