This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, LTSS entities, and advocacy groups.
• Generate leads independently and assist in the enrollment of Medicare-eligible beneficiaries via established sales channels.
• Create and implement targeted outreach and engagement strategies within designated communities.
• Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to meet membership growth objectives.
• Generate membership leads and enrollments through relationship cultivation and education of key influencers.
• Ensure organizational readiness for membership expansion in diverse communities, addressing language and cultural needs.
• Develop and deliver community and provider presentations, activities, and educational events in accordance with approved programs and CMS/State regulations.
• Provide education and training for partner staff on CareSource products, programs, and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership and Sales/Outreach and Broker channels regarding enrollment activities.
• Travel frequently to homes, offices, and other public locations; this is a mobile position requiring over 50% routine travel.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• An Associate's degree in business or a related field is required.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may substitute for the required education.
• A minimum of four (4) years of related experience is required.
• At least two (2) years of experience with Medicare Advantage Carriers is required.
• Experience collaborating with Community-Based Organizations, Providers, and/or Advocacy Groups is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Outstanding time management abilities and meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of addressing groups of any size.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Professional and effective interaction with management, internal staff, and external clients is necessary.
• Strong analytical capabilities are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and verifiable insurance.
• An active State Health Insurance Producer License is preferred.
• Annual influenza vaccination is required, with proof during flu season.
• Must live within the assigned territory for the role.
• May be required to travel more than 50% of the time.
