This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Successfully execute projects while creating new customer opportunities.

• Collaborate with planners/schedulers, fabrication supervisors, and sales teams to ensure that parts and prints are prepared for installation.
• Provide training to the workforce on specialized installation requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment of local personnel for installation projects.
• Work alongside field staff on training and exercises to enhance skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular training sessions.
• Oversee quality control standards and implement necessary improvements.
• Create and deliver proposals, pitches, and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and secure new business agreements.
• Maintain and expand existing client accounts.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables effectively.
• Ensure adherence to technical quality and compliance standards.
• Communicate progress and challenges to clients and internal teams.
• Address client issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership teams.
• Connect technical operations with business strategy.
• Travel to meet clients and support project execution.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality technical work and generating new business through client engagement and sales efforts.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

• Proficient in developing and presenting proposals, pitches, and solutions.
• Strong contract negotiation abilities.
