This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Foster and oversee strategic relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, long-term support services (LTSS) entities, and advocacy groups.
• Propel membership expansion by independently generating leads and facilitating enrollment of Medicare-eligible beneficiaries through established sales channels.
• Create and implement targeted outreach and engagement strategies within designated communities.
• Identify, establish, and nurture strategic alliances with key influencers to meet membership growth objectives.
• Generate new membership leads and facilitate enrollments across assigned channels and territories through relationship development and educational initiatives.
• Engage in strategic planning and organizational preparedness for membership growth in diverse communities, considering language requirements and cultural sensitivities.
• Develop and present community and provider presentations, community events, and educational/sales gatherings in compliance with approved programs and CMS/State regulations.
• Provide ongoing education and training for partner staff on products, programs, and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of Sales/Outreach and Broker channels with enrollment activities.
• Travel frequently to residences, offices, and other public venues within the assigned territory.
• Execute additional related duties as requested.
• An associate's degree in business or a related field is required.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in place of the required education.
• A minimum of four (4) years of related experience is required.
• Two (2) years of experience with Medicare Advantage carriers is mandatory.
• Experience collaborating with Community-Based Organizations, Providers, and/or Advocacy Groups is required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional time management abilities and a keen attention to detail are necessary.
• Strong presentation skills with the capability to address groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in professional and effective interactions with management, internal staff, and external clients.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• An active State Health Insurance Producer License is REQUIRED.
• A valid driver's license, vehicle, and verifiable insurance are required.
• Successful clearance of a driver's license record check is necessary.
• An influenza vaccination is required during the influenza season as a condition of continued employment.
• Candidates must reside in the assigned territory.
