This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, challenges, objectives, competitive environments, and growth potential.
• Formulate annual media strategies that align with overarching business goals.
• Facilitate regular meetings with client leadership to discuss performance, objectives, trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth by pinpointing needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Address and resolve account issues, escalating matters when necessary.
• Represent Client Partnership in discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Implement integrated strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Strategy, Analytics, Data Science, Data Tech, Creative, and Measurement.
• Lead strategic responses to briefs and develop insights across media, data, technology, and emerging opportunities.
• Connect performance across channels and convert analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Review cross-channel reporting and client deliverables to ensure cohesive, high-quality outputs.
• Enhance collaboration, workflows, reporting, and operational consistency among teams.
• Aid in employee retention, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of direct reports when applicable.
• Maintain oversight of budgets, pacing, testing, reporting, deliverables, and account workstreams.
• Generate clear documentation, performance updates, narratives, and executive-ready client materials.
• Foster stakeholder alignment and shared accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Rapidly acquire expertise in new platforms, verticals, products, and business challenges.
• Identify discrepancies, pacing issues, risks, and gaps before they impact clients.
• Translate between media activation, strategy, analytics, data, creative, and measurement disciplines.
• 5–7+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, media, or related agency positions.
• Proven track record at a Senior Manager level or equivalent.
• Must have B2B and Enterprise experience.
• Familiarity with media planning, campaign execution, budget management, forecasting, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across media, strategy, analytics/data, creative, and other areas.
• Strong client relationship management skills and experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Capability to translate complex media performance into clear, actionable narratives and recommendations for clients.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities across multiple complex workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior team members.
• Direct people management experience is a plus.
