This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Enhance onboarding strategies for new MDRs while providing direct coaching to consistently elevate their skills.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to guarantee that training remains up-to-date and relevant to our offerings and target audiences.
• Oversee team capacity and support ongoing development initiatives to retain high-performing MDRs.
• Establish certification and achievement milestones to formally acknowledge competence.
• Lead and mentor an international team of 7 MDRs, cultivating genuine connections with prospects and promoting innovative strategies.
• Develop top-tier communication strategies and prospecting methods in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Analyze engagement rhythms and messaging for ongoing enhancement.
• Stimulate engagement through inventive tactics, including contests and team competitions.
• Maintain a comprehensive playbook of processes and best practices to ensure team effectiveness.
• Exemplify effective leadership and communication, setting the benchmark for "what good looks like."
• Set KPIs to assess and enhance MDR performance in opportunity identification, validation, and qualification.
• Create a feedback loop with marketing, sales, and portfolio leadership to exchange insights and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing operations on reporting, segmentation, and tool integrations.
• Identify and propose enhancements in processes, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure precise reporting in Salesforce and manage all demand management-related SLAs.
• Plan and forecast team capacity to meet business requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years of MDR/SDR/Inside Sales experience in a B2B setting with a proven history of meeting targets.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, managing, and developing MDR/SDR teams.
• In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Groove (or equivalent workflow tools), chat applications, and SalesNavigator.
• A data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze trends effectively.
• Experience in building relationships across various organizational levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly regarded.
