This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Comprehend the decision-making processes and requirements within essential healthcare accounts.
• Deliver payer insights and foresee system changes to brand and cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with payers/providers to recognize and tackle access barriers.
• Collaborate across functions to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that facilitate product access.
• Formulate account-specific strategies and engagement plans.
• Lead or assist in negotiations, contracting, and tender procedures.
• Oversee the execution and performance of key accounts to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure efficient collaboration within the KAM Payer team and with in-field teams, particularly in the TOP10 hospitals.
• Aid in the development of team capabilities and talent growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Market Access.
• Capability to convert strategy into actionable account plans.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen.
• Comprehensive understanding of payer perspectives and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts.
• Excellent leadership abilities and capacity to function in a matrix environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time.
