📋 Description

• Provide extensive expertise in payer, health system, and value-based care for client proposals, strategic discussions, and webinars targeting life sciences clients.

• Participate in client calls and workshops to offer expert insights on payer, health system, and organized customer dynamics.

• Be acknowledged as a named expert in proposals and client documentation.

• Guide project teams on market access strategies, account planning, and methods of customer engagement.

• Present webinars and talks on contemporary market access issues.

• Evaluate and validate deliverables for accuracy, credibility, and practical relevance.

• Provide insights on emerging topics such as value-based care, population health, health system transformations, and the application of AI in healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in market access, payer strategy, health system strategy, or similar roles within payer, PBM, health system, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of payer and organized customer decision-making processes, including formulary and coverage management, contracting, and integrated delivery networks.

• Familiarity with models of value-based care and population health management.

• Practical understanding of the application of AI and advanced analytics in healthcare and access decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to external audiences.

• Experience in account management or customer engagement within a market access framework.

• Direct involvement in key decision-making processes between pharmaceutical companies and payers, PBMs, or health systems, such as formulary reviews, contract negotiations, value-based agreements, or IDN account strategies.

• Experience working with large, complex organized customers, including health systems, IDNs, large group practices, and payers.

• Preferred: prior experience as a speaker, panelist, or advisory board member.
