This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Investigate and resolve issues related to integration and installation, taking ownership of problem resolution and documenting the outcomes.
β’ Continuously enhance installation and integration processes (e.g., IQA, OEM integration, product selection).
β’ Utilize engineering tools and systems (Advisor, COLS, GCE) to facilitate accurate and high-quality technical decisions.
β’ Collaborate and engage in negotiations with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and VPI teams to provide product data and installation requirements.
β’ Make decisions regarding product selection, design, and integration that impact OEM performance, quality, and optimization.
β’ Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, overseeing specifications, modifications, and issue resolution.
β’ Convert customer requirements and feedback into functional product and system specifications.
β’ Validate prototypes and installation quality to ensure proper product application and installation.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field from a college, university, or equivalent institution is required.
β’ A post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline may be necessary for certain positions.
β’ This role may necessitate licensing to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.
β’ Entry-level/Early career professionals are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates will have relevant experience in a temporary student employment context (internship, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities) or as early career professionals in a related technical field. Familiarity with MS Office tools is also preferred.
