This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Investigate and resolve issues related to integration and installation, taking ownership of problem resolution and documenting the outcomes.
β’ Implement and continuously enhance installation and integration processes (e.g., IQA, OEM integration, product selection).
β’ Utilize engineering tools and systems (Advisor, COLS, GCE) to support precise and high-quality technical decisions.
β’ Collaborate and negotiate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and VPI teams to provide product data and installation requirements.
β’ Make decisions regarding product selection, design, and integration that impact OEM performance, quality, and optimization.
β’ Act as the main technical liaison for customers, overseeing specifications, modifications, and issue resolution.
β’ Convert customer requirements and their voice into functional product and system specifications.
β’ Validate prototypes and installation quality to ensure correct product application and installation.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field from a college, university, or equivalent institution is required.
β’ A post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline may be mandatory for certain roles.
β’ This position may necessitate licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
β’ Entry-level or early career professionals are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates would have relevant experience in temporary student employment (internships, co-op positions, or other extracurricular team activities) or as early career professionals in a pertinent technical discipline. Familiarity with MS Office tools is also preferred.
