Manufacturing Recruiter – Consultant

📋 Description

• Assist a major client's business requirements through comprehensive recruitment processes.

• Link enthusiastic candidates with job openings and create career development paths.

• Develop candidate pipelines and strengthen client relationships utilizing social networks and industry communities.

• Manage your workload and achieve recruitment metrics and commitments.

• Market, evaluate, assess, and present candidates based on the competencies and skills required for roles.

• Enhance sourcing strategies via research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.

• Foster client satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding hiring experience.

• Provide guidance to candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the trends of the local labor market.

• Educate clients on labor dynamics and workforce management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting for professional salaried roles within a manufacturing setting, including positions such as production supervisors, HR, and process engineers.

• Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.
