This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee project teams to support various workstreams, managing overall project activities, timelines, and schedules related to deliverables and milestones.
• Direct, mentor, and assist multiple workstream leads and consultants in conducting studies, analyzing data, evaluating outcomes, pinpointing performance gaps, and developing and implementing interventions across diverse industrial and support processes such as production, maintenance, reliability, supply chain, sanitation, and management systems.
• Guide and support workstream leads and consultants in the design and execution of targeted change strategies, which include assessing change impacts on people, processes, policies, and structures, identifying and aligning stakeholders, establishing suitable communication and feedback mechanisms, defining success measures, providing training, ensuring organizational readiness, and promoting long-term sustainability.
• Manage daily workstream activities while offering appropriate support and coaching for both EFESO and client team members.
• Create project delivery strategies to address complex business cases such as OEE enhancements, supply chain network optimization, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Conduct analytical studies in production, maintenance, reliability, sanitation, and management systems.
• Examine data, assess results, and formulate recommendations and roadmaps across various workstreams.
• Mentor and guide project team members in EFESO's key OEE domains, including production, maintenance, reliability, sanitation, and management systems.
• Foster and sustain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders (Division VP, plant director, and department heads) and project team members.
• Collaborate with account directors, principals, or partners to identify additional sales opportunities or account expansions within the same project, division, and/or account.
• Instruct and mentor project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change execution.
• Suggest appropriate new or revised change management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical), Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations Environment; consulting experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Process Manufacturing, Maintenance & Reliability, Production Planning and Safety, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics, among others.
• Familiarity with one or more Continuous Improvement Tools, such as Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S System, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Target Value Design (TVD) methodologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading project teams and managing deliverables.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, and coach project team members in areas like production, maintenance, reliability, management systems, and sanitation.
• Capability to lead analytical studies in multiple areas and define project recommendations.
• Proficient in interpreting financial statements and P&L.
• Comfort and credibility in evaluating the impact of change, as well as communication and training needs.
• Ability to effectively design, achieve alignment, and successfully implement significant change initiatives from inception to completion.
• Skill in prioritizing, managing time efficiently, appropriately escalating issues, and maintaining confidentiality is crucial for this role.
• A proven track record of enhancing throughput, uptime, and overall plant improvement programs is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Lean methodologies and experience in leading capital programs, turnarounds, or significant plant expansions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
