• Managing the activities and strategies of the sales team to enhance the company's revenue.
• Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of sales representatives.
• Assessing the current representative network.
• Delivering continuous technical training on products, applications, specifications, and competitive benefits.
• Establishing clear sales goals, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with representatives.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in sales and management roles, especially in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to negotiate and successfully close deals.
• Familiarity with local competitors and overall industry trends.
