Managing Engineer – Fusion GRC Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the engineering strategy, execution, delivery, and continual operation of the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

• Offer both technical expertise and leadership to a team of engineers.

• Promote the adoption of risk management, compliance, controls, assessments, and audit processes across the organization through the platform.

• Establish the implementation strategy, solution architecture, configuration methodology, and deployment timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• More than 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams and technology delivery units.

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application architecture and integration.

• Direct experience leading at least one comprehensive Fusion GRC implementation.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation, configuration, integration, migration, deployment, and operational support of Fusion GRC solutions.
