This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Deliver strategic planning and consulting services to Higher Education, HealthCare, and non-profit sectors.
• Enhance the effectiveness of clients' benefits programs while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and members of the C-suite committees.
• Oversee a portfolio of 25–30 clients in the Eastern region, managing approximately $30m–$100m in defined contribution assets.
• Solicit feedback, anticipate client requirements, and proactively offer solutions.
• Engage with key decision-makers and advisors/consultants to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Track trends affecting client satisfaction and formulate response strategies.
• Stay informed about client business activities, competitive landscape, industry trends, and marketplace developments.
• Lead external business planning initiatives and service evaluations.
• Position products and services to align with clients' benefits objectives.
• Collaborate with consultants on inquiries, plan sponsor presentations, plan design, products, technology, customer issues, fund modifications, revenue requirements, pricing, thought leadership, and plan analytics.
• Establish long-term partnerships with consultants and advisors through Consultant Relations.
• Work with business partners to enhance operational accuracy, efficiency, and issue resolution.
• Guide internal teams in addressing client challenges and providing solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 12 years of comprehensive work experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in Participant or Client Service, ideally within the retirement sector.
• Series 7 license is required at the outset.
• Series 63 license is also required at the outset.
• Experience with Tax-Exempt Plan Sponsors and Participants is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to work remotely and independently from a home office.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
