• Drive the strategic growth and operational scaling of a specialized recruitment firm.

• Formulate and implement a global expansion strategy within designated recruitment sectors.

• Develop, lead, and motivate high-achieving recruitment and operational teams.

• Discover market opportunities and enhance revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.

• Streamline recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Cultivate client relationships and establish long-term partnerships with key accounts.

• Supervise financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability objectives.

• Prepare the business for a systematic buy-out or ownership transition as part of long-term growth strategies.

• Collaborate closely with ownership on strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

• Represent the company professionally in client, industry, and leadership settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in scaling businesses, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or professional services.

• Demonstrated success in managing international business expansion.

• Strong commercial insight with a history of driving revenue growth and profitability.

• Leadership experience at the Director, Managing Director, or C-suite level.

• Experience in preparing businesses for investment, acquisition, or buy-out structures is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a personable leadership approach.

• Strategic thinker capable of executing operationally.

• Must possess a British or EU passport due to relocation and ownership structure requirements.

• Willingness to relocate if necessary (relocation costs included as part of the compensation package).
