This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serve as the representative for the Real Assets platform to institutional clients, consultants, and capital partners.
• Spearhead the complete product development process for Real Assets, encompassing the design, structuring, and launch of new funds.
• Convert market insights, investor preferences, and consultant feedback into scalable product offerings.
• Supervise the assessment and negotiation of fund documents and legal agreements.
• Collaborate with investment teams, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure the feasibility of new products.
• Implement capital raising strategies that foster long-term, profitable growth.
• Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships, overseeing fundraising activities, closings, and client retention.
• Facilitate solution-oriented discussions with clients.
• Deliver structured education and thought leadership to internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in real estate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment and product offerings.
• Exceptional sales, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Capability to exercise independent judgment and perform tasks with minimal oversight.
• Proven success in a self-directed, proactive work environment.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheet software, along with basic understanding of real estate transaction structuring.
