This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the vision for Leo Berwick’s financial modeling services, ensuring it aligns with the overall goals of the firm and meets client needs.
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients, gaining an understanding of their strategic objectives, structuring transactions, and providing actionable, data-driven insights.
• Supervise the development and evaluation of intricate financial models for M&A transactions, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and customization to meet each transaction’s specific requirements.
• Drive innovation in modeling methodologies, utilizing the latest tools, technologies, and market best practices to improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to ensure that models are seamlessly integrated into the overall transaction strategy.
• Establish stringent review processes to guarantee that models adhere to the highest quality, regulatory, and client service standards.
• Mentor and develop a team of modeling professionals, promoting technical excellence, commercial acumen, and professional advancement.
• Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing the firm within the market.
• Over 8 years of experience in financial modeling, M&A advisory, investment banking, or infrastructure finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, high-value transactions within the infrastructure, renewables, and/or energy transition sectors.
• Outstanding client relationship management abilities, with a proven history of generating new business and enhancing existing relationships.
• Advanced technical expertise in financial modeling and valuation, along with the capacity to simplify complex data for strategic decision-making.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience managing interdisciplinary teams across various locations.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
