Managing Director, Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance the certification business unit

• Drive strategic authority and operational oversight

• Ensure the provision of secure and dependable credentialing programs

• Maintain adherence to ANSI/ISO accreditation standards

• Propel revenue growth through the introduction of new certifications and market expansion

• Establish and bolster market positions in healthcare certification

• Define the certification product roadmap and pricing strategies

• Oversee the entire credentialing lifecycle to guarantee quality and scalability

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

• At least ten years of experience in certification, credentialing, assessment, or related domains

• Minimum of seven years in a managerial role

• At least five years of project management experience

• Proven success in regulated or compliance-driven settings

• Strong commercial insight with experience in pricing strategy

• Extensive experience leading operations in quality-critical environments

• Familiarity with accreditation, certification, or regulatory compliance frameworks

• Strong leadership abilities in organizational performance management

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
