This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Formulate and implement a long-term strategy that supports scalable growth.
• Discover new market opportunities, innovative products, and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze competitive trends to effectively position the business.
• Lead, nurture, and retain high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Foster cultural alignment and ownership throughout the organization.

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage the entire P&L and take responsibility for key performance indicators (EBITDA, ARR, MRR).
• Propel revenue growth and optimize costs to meet financial objectives.
• Define the go-to-market strategy, encompassing sales, marketing, and pricing elements.
• Set clear KPIs and performance metrics to monitor revenue and funnel efficiency.
• Enhance customer retention and promote recurring revenue growth.
• Represent the company to investors, partners, and customers both externally and internally.
• Provide strategic and financial updates to Everfield’s central team.
• Act as the public face of the business while building enduring external relationships.
• Continuously refine internal operations, product delivery, and support systems.
• Establish systems and processes aimed at facilitating scalable growth.
• Cultivate a culture of operational discipline and innovation.
• Previous experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or CEO in a B2B software or SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in leading a business with €2M–€10M in recurring revenue.
• Full accountability for business performance, including P&L, headcount, and strategic direction.
• Knowledge of multi-site or multi-entity software company frameworks.
• Experience in decentralized models or collaborating with shared-service or platform support functions.
• A hands-on leadership approach rooted in operational excellence, effective communication, and cultural stewardship.
