This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy of the company, focusing on sustainable growth.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, innovative products, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate market and competitive trends to position the company effectively.
• Lead, nurture, and retain high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate a corporate culture driven by values, emphasizing ownership and accountability.
• Serve as a coach and decision-maker to enhance collaboration and overall company performance.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Hold overall responsibility for operating results (P&L) and key performance indicators (EBITDA, ARR, MRR).
• Implement strategies aimed at revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements.
• Shape and refine the go-to-market strategy, encompassing sales, marketing, and pricing.
• Establish and monitor clear performance indicators to manage revenue and sales efficiency.
• Promote customer retention and sustainable revenue growth through recurring revenue models.
• Represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
• Provide regular updates on strategic and financial developments to Everfield's Business Partner team.
• Build and sustain long-term business relationships.
• Continuously enhance business processes, product delivery, and customer service.
• Implement scalable systems and processes to facilitate company growth.
• Foster a company culture that balances operational discipline with innovation.
• Demonstrated experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or CEO in a B2B software or SaaS context.
• Proven leadership of a company with €2–10 million in recurring revenue.
• Overall responsibility for company performance, encompassing P&L management, people leadership, and strategic direction.
• Experience in managing multi-site or multi-entity software structures.
• Familiarity with decentralized organizational models or shared-service/platform-based business models.
• A hands-on, strategically oriented leadership style focused on operational excellence, effective communication, and cultural development.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
