This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior representative of BingX EU, assuming a pivotal leadership position.

• Personally cultivate and sustain relationships with top-tier clients and partners.

• Generate insights to inform BingX EU's adaptation and growth across European markets.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop BingX EU's business strategy.

• Ensure that organizational objectives and key results are in alignment with the overarching strategy.

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall net revenue growth and margin expansion.

• Inspire and motivate teams throughout the EU by promoting a shared understanding of the strategy.

• Provide leadership across various business functions within BingX EU.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Holds a Master’s degree or higher, ideally in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrable management experience and proven leadership skills within regulated financial institutions, particularly in the payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Familiarity with the EU and Austrian regulatory frameworks, including the MiCA Regulation and MiFID II.

• Strong understanding of business and operational processes within financial institutions.

• Ability to function effectively and adapt in a start-up or rapidly growing environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.

• Residing in Austria, with proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written).

• A keen interest in the crypto-asset and blockchain sector is advantageous.

• Experience engaging with Austrian regulators, such as the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Austrian Financial Intelligence Unit (AT-FIU), is highly sought after.

• Successful completion of Fit & Proper Tests with EEA regulators (preferably with the FMA).

• Immediate availability is preferred.
