This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Formulate and implement Adskeeper’s growth strategy as an autonomous business initiative, concentrating on revenue enhancement and product expansion.
• Discover new growth avenues, such as ad formats (including push, popunder, and in-app), traffic sources, monetization strategies, and market tactics.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to influence feature development, monetization strategies, and user experience.
• Team up with marketing on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and client acquisition efforts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with advertisers and publishers, pinpointing new segments and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis, assess competitors, and identify trends to enhance Adskeeper’s market position.
• Initiate new revenue streams and expand existing ones.
• Oversee priorities and resources to achieve key business metrics.
• Serve as a catalyst for change, aligning cross-functional teams around a cohesive strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in AdTech, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, iGaming, or related sectors.
• In-depth understanding of how traffic, monetization, and performance models operate.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products, business strategies, or revenue streams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you recognize opportunities rather than obstacles.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and making swift decisions.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on business impact and performance indicators.
• Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.
• Ability to merge strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
