📋 Description

• Lead and nurture the Senior Advisor Team

• Enhance partner retention, satisfaction, and impact

• Deliver on the customer service promise via the cross-functional service model

• Oversee the financial sustainability framework

• Expand the market and pipeline in collaboration with Business Development

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of relevant and progressive professional experience

• 4 years of direct management experience with senior individual contributors or people managers

• Background in complex services, consulting, philanthropy, or nonprofit environments

• Direct involvement with fiscal sponsorship or intermediary organizations

• Proven financial acumen and experience with P&L accountability

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, iterate, and lead through organizational change
