This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Serves as the primary liaison for the client and collaborates within a team environment that collectively manages, educates, resolves client issues, fosters relationships, and fulfills the requirements of Plan Sponsors and Advisors.
• Establishes the strategic direction for the plan and exemplifies ultimate ownership and accountability for the client relationship.
• Functions as the client’s 'trusted advisor.'
• Develops client relationships with top-level decision makers.
• Organizes and leads effective in-person and/or phone meetings.
• Identifies key influencers and maintains consistent formal and informal communication with essential client decision makers.
• A college degree is preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
• Over 8 years of experience in Relationship Management or Client Service, ideally within the Retirement/401K sector.
• Experience in retirement plan record keeping and administration.
• Proven relationship management expertise.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient presentation skills along with influence and negotiation abilities.
