This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Oracle EPM Cloud project workstreams, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate directly with finance, accounting, FP&A, and technology stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into efficient Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design, configure, and enhance applications across Oracle EPM functionalities including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, and related tools.
• Provide both functional and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Create business rules, calculations, reports, forms, workflows, integrations, and supporting application components.
• Manage workstream scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and client expectations effectively.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, solution reviews, testing activities, and end-user training.
• Diagnose complex functional and technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with project leaders to align solutions with client finance processes, reporting needs, and long-term technology strategies.
• Mentor consultants through coaching, constructive feedback, and hands-on support.
• Contribute to project estimates, solution design discussions, proposals, and statements of work.
• Identify opportunities to enhance or expand solutions for existing clients.
• Assist in developing reusable tools, methods, templates, and best practices for Oracle EPM delivery.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM product capabilities and trends that affect finance organizations and the office of the CFO.
• 7-12 years of professional experience delivering Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or related enterprise performance management solutions.
• Significant hands-on experience with one or more Oracle EPM Cloud applications, such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, or Profitability and Cost Management.
• Experience in participating or leading multiple Oracle EPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, closing, reporting, or account reconciliation processes.
• Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Capability to independently lead project workstreams and manage client deliverables.
• Experience in developing business rules, reports, forms, workflows, integrations, or other components of Oracle EPM applications.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring or providing guidance to less-experienced consultants.
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery responsibilities with project leadership and client relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.
• Eligibility to work legally for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Data Integration, Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, or related integration technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud or other related Oracle technologies is beneficial.
• Experience supporting finance transformation or EPM modernization initiatives is a plus.
• Experience contributing to proposals, project estimates, or statements of work is advantageous.
• Experience in developing reusable assets, delivery methods, or implementation accelerators is a bonus.
• Previous consulting firm experience is a bonus.
