This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development of future-proof IT organizational models and their key components, considering IT strategy, market standards, and best practices in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Comprehensive design of the IT organization – from processes, roles, and responsibilities to the service portfolio – along with the definition of clear interfaces between IT and business units.
• Active support for clients in implementing the organizational model and managing the transition process to the new target organization, including stakeholder management, process implementation, and the empowerment and development of employees.
• Leadership and management of complex client projects, including project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Development of strategic recommendations and implementation concepts based on thorough analyses.
• Consulting and interface management with stakeholders as well as establishing long-term client relationships.
• Coaching and professional development of junior consultants and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Assistance with business development activities and proposal creation.
• Solid experience in IT service management as well as in the development, conception, and implementation of IT strategies.
• Several years of experience in IT consulting, particularly in process consulting and the advancement of IT organizations.
• Very good knowledge of established IT frameworks such as ITIL, SIAM, COBIT, or SAFe, and practical experience in adapting standards to fit specific situations and developing tailored solutions for clients.
• Broad expertise in areas such as IT strategy, IT transformation, digitalization methods, technology trends, and ITSM platforms.
• Several years of experience in consulting or comparable project environments with proven project successes.
• Highly developed analytical skills and experience in deriving actionable recommendations.
• Strong customer orientation and confident interaction with stakeholders at management level.
• Experience in project management and team leadership, along with high self-organization in remote settings.
• Willingness to attend occasional client meetings on-site.
