Managing Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients at the management and C-suite levels.

• Recognize the links between IT and business while contributing to the strategic planning of clients’ IT departments.

• Manage IT sourcing and transformation initiatives aimed at improving the cost efficiency, quality, and scalability of IT organizations on a sustainable basis.

• Develop service delivery models that enhance the business value of IT.

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of IT services.

• Offer professional leadership to consultants and aid in their career growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed university degree.

• A minimum of five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management.

• Leadership experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL and other pertinent frameworks.

• Experience in managing intricate IT organizations.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities.

• Capability to analyze complex relationships and formulate actionable recommendations.

• A high level of personal accountability.

• A systematic and organized approach to work.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in business-fluent German.
