Managing Consultant, Healthcare Financial Transformation – Back-End Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing Consultants are responsible for overseeing client engagements from initiation to completion.

• They are accountable for the project team's activities and assist in the daily management of client relationships.

• The role requires effective development and management of work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets for multiple complex projects at the same time.

• Deliverables are expected to be of high quality and ready for client presentation.

• Lead team meetings while guiding, managing, and coaching consultants and senior consultants, offering constructive feedback on project involvement and overall career growth.

• Collaborate closely with Directors and Managing Directors to keep them informed about project progress and significant updates.

• Assist in sales initiatives and contribute to practice development.

• Follow a well-defined career path while continuing to enhance project management and client relationship skills.

• There is an opportunity for advancement to the Associate Director level by driving strategic solutions across various complex workstreams and increasing involvement in business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution.

• Over 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, emphasizing optimization and performance enhancement.

• More than 5 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, and/or project management.

• A proven history of exhibiting thought leadership, managing intricate projects, fostering client relationships, mentoring consulting staff, and collaborating to generate new business.

• Capability to deliver presentations to large groups, both externally and within the organization.

• Demonstrated success in implementing operational process improvements and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects in hospitals and/or health systems.
