📋 Description

• The candidate for the Guidehouse Commercial Healthcare Payer/Provider Advisory role should possess experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with a focus on performance enhancement within Hospitals, Health Plans, or Physician Groups.

• The Managing Consultant will collaborate directly with clients to significantly enhance their operational results through a combination of workflow redesign strategies, improved resource utilization, and minimized variation in care.

• This will be achieved by applying a comprehensive understanding of health system and ambulatory operational best practices, supported by data.

• They will be a part of the Guidehouse Commercial Healthcare Advisory team, driving financial, clinical, and operational improvements at client provider organizations through a blend of data and business process analysis, project management, and deliverable creation.

• The individual will have expertise in at least one of our solution areas and possess the business acumen necessary to become a recognized, credible, and trusted partner to our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, with a graduate degree preferred.

• A minimum of 4-6+ years of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Previous experience in consulting or health system leadership is preferred.

• A robust understanding of technology, tools, and the utilization of AI in client settings is required.
