This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead and manage the Revenue Operations function, which encompasses processes, systems, reporting, and operating rhythms across the commercial organization.
• Act as the main owner and administrator of HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline cleanliness, adherence to processes, and optimization of the CRM.
• Oversee pipeline management and forecast generation - Collaborate with executive leadership to create board-ready presentations, commercial business reviews, executive dashboards, and strategic presentations that effectively communicate pipeline performance, forecasting, and growth strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance pipeline mechanics and governance, including standards for opportunity management, stage definitions, qualification criteria, and forecasting processes that ensure consistent commercial execution and forecast precision.
• Create and manage scalable deal desk procedures, including pricing approvals, commercial validations, contract workflows, and cross-functional coordination to support intricate enterprise opportunities and expedite deal velocity.
• Design and maintain standardized reporting systems, dashboards, and KPIs that provide a reliable, single source of truth across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to refine commercial processes and enhance efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Establish and facilitate recurring commercial operating cycles, including pipeline assessments, forecast evaluations, and deal reviews.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and manual efforts, then implement scalable solutions and automation to boost productivity.
• Formulate a long-term RevOps roadmap that anticipates future growth and empowers the organization to scale effectively.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, including experience in building or scaling revenue operations functions within a healthcare tech startup environment.
• Proven expertise in CRM administration and optimization, ideally within HubSpot.
• Demonstrated success in developing forecasting processes, pipeline management frameworks, and executive reporting, including providing accurate revenue forecasts to executive leadership and boards.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial operating models, sales processes, and revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience in building scalable reporting infrastructure, executive dashboards, board reporting, and commercial performance analytics using CRM, BI, and visualization tools.
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration abilities with a strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of presenting recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
