📋 Description

• Oversees a portfolio of chapters across the US Central Region, fostering relationships with chapter members to enhance their experience.

• Acts as the primary contact in coordinating with the US Central team for Presidents, Chapter Staff, and Boards of those chapters, collaborating to address all inquiries and issues.

• Assists chapters with a diverse range of challenges throughout the year, aiming to position them for optimal success.

• Delivers clear and concise updates regarding the direction and requirements of EO to the chapters.

• Advocates for Healthy Chapter practices in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring chapters are informed about upcoming opportunities and resources.

• Collaborates on chapter strategic planning and execution during annual summit meetings, monthly area calls, and other scheduled events.

• Aids the POL process by engaging with local chapters and identifying potential leaders.

• Manages the POL application process efficiently.

• Serves as the staff liaison to five Area Directors, providing support as they assist their assigned chapters.

• Encourages the annual hosting of Strategy Summits.

• Participates in summits, supporting all USC chapters in crafting effective plans for the upcoming year.

• Facilitates the Onboarding Process for new chapters as necessary.

• Stimulates growth initiatives within the chapters through various retention strategies.

• Maintains connections and collaborates with the Member Service Center and Concierge to enhance communication within the region.

• Monitors and tracks regional co-investment requests from Chapters, partnering with Regional Member Leaders to promote funding opportunities.

• Attends a minimum of three EO leadership and membership conferences annually.

• Assists the Regional Director in preparing for the annual Presidents’ Meeting, Alignment Meeting, Global Leadership Conference, and XCentric.

• Aids the Staff Regional Director in organizing monthly Regional Council Meetings.

• Supports the execution of annual regional programming and summits.

• Participates in weekly staff huddles, monthly EO all-staff meetings, monthly membership meetings, weekly one-on-ones with staff, monthly Regional Council sessions, and project meetings as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant work experience in the industry.

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably within a nonprofit, association, membership organization, or strategic sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% within the US Central Region and internationally.

• Exceptional organizational, customer service, and coaching abilities.

• Possesses a growth and global mindset; capable of thinking creatively and adapting to changing circumstances to achieve positive results.

• Required proficiency in collaboration tools, project management, and customer relationship management software.

• Ability to engage with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy, and composure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A self-motivated individual who demonstrates ownership and commitment to their role.

• Exercises confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

• Promotes cultural competency and global awareness.

• Proactively establishes relationships, shows genuine interest in the needs and concerns of others, maintains a positive attitude, and builds networks.
