This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement clinical trial activities at the study level.
• Develop and revise essential trial-specific documents, such as Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Forms, and documentation related to Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP).
• Organize and oversee daily vendor activities for the study, including the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and budget management.
• Coordinate and supervise trial management activities at the country and regional levels.
• Sync feasibility strategies with local teams and conduct risk assessments at the country level.
• Assist in the development of program-level compound training in collaboration with Clinical and CTL&D Medical Writing.
• Contribute to operational strategies at the trial level.
• Address trial-related challenges and reduce associated risks.
• Engage in process enhancement initiatives across trial, compound, and cross-DU levels.
• Aid in Health Authority inspections and the planning for risk identification and mitigation at the program level.
• Mentor and assist in the onboarding of new members of the Trial Management team.
• Promote employee engagement, inclusivity, and adherence to Credo Behaviors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred disciplines include Life Sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related fields.
• Familiarity and expertise in the pharmaceutical development process.
• Operational knowledge of clinical research across various study phases (Phase I-IV).
• Capability to manage all elements of clinical trial execution.
• 2-3 years of experience in leading various aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and a knack for enhancing team productivity and unity.
• Experience in leading without formal authority in multifunctional, matrixed, and global settings.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and financial management capabilities.
• Ability to function and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching others.
• Proficient project planning/management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time based on business requirements.
